Matthew Vinson is a senior at Carroll Senior High School. This is his second year in Dragon Media and he currently serves as the Editor-in-Chief for the school yearbook, The Dragon. Along with being involved in Dragon Media, Matthew is also the student council PR officer and the National Honors Society secretary. He loves hanging out with friends and playing with his adorable dog, Ramsey, in his free time.
