Riya Mathews is a sophomore at Carroll High School. Her extracurricular activities include Journalism Academic UIL, Marching band, and Varsity debate. At a young age, Riya had a strong interest in creative writing. In her free time, she enjoys editing others’ work on publishing websites. In the future, she aspires to become a politician who expresses her opinions through her work.
