Dylan Spiegelman, KDGN Executive Producer
Dylan Spiegelman is a senior at Carroll Senior High School and the returning KDGN Executive Producer. He's been involved in Dragon Media for four years and his favorite parts of being on staff include teaching new members and hosting “Hot Ones”. He is a Euphonium player, Squad Leader, and Media Team Captain in the Dragon Band and a member of the Wind Symphony. Outside of the studio, he enjoys filmmaking, fashion design, skateboarding and boxing.
Lily Horton, KDGN Team Director
Lily Horton is a senior at Carroll Senior High School. Lily is in her second year of the Dragon Media program, after winning a bronze ILPC star last year, and wants to cover all types of events and create short films/media pieces. Lily does competitive show jumping outside of school and is looking to pursue film as a director in the future. Lily has been a student at Carroll ISD for over 10 years and in sports since she was five years old. Her interests include cars, music, animals, and movies/shows. Lily is excited to create media for Dragons this year.
Kathir Dev, KDGN Technical Director
Kathir Dev is a sophomore at Carroll High School, in his second year as an Audio/Video Production student, and is going into his 12th year at Carroll. Last year he was part of the KDGN staff which won a bronze star at ILPC. He is interested in photography, computers, and medicine. After high school, he hopes to pursue a career in medicine.
Miriam Etheredge, KDGN Staff
Miriam Etheredge is a senior at Carroll Senior High School and it is her first official year as a member of Dragon Media, but has guest anchored KDGN several times over the past few years. She is the captain of the color guard, and enjoys taking dance classes on her nights off from practice. She enjoys collaborative work and hopes to pursue Industrial Engineering in college. Her hobbies include dance, travel, reading and volunteering.
Nick Ferrara, KDGN Staff
Nick Ferrara is a senior at Carroll High School and in his first year in the KDGN program. He has been accepted in the CMSI Sidelines internship and plays an active part in the live broadcast of Carroll Varsity Football games. Nick is also very involved with the Carroll Art Department, as he is President of National Art Honor Society, and has gone to the State-wide art competition VASE. He wants to study film in college and hopes to be a part of a successful KDGN Program.
Reagan Stovall, Dragon Sports Media Team Lead
Reagan Stovall is currently a senior at Carroll Senior High School and in her second year of being a part of the Dragon Sports Media staff. She mainly works mostly in on-air broadcasting and photography. She was a part of Carroll Senior High’s UIL ILPC bronze star-winning broadcast team last year as the Sports Desk anchor. When she’s off camera, Reagan is working on homework, watching college football, or binging Brooklyn 99. After graduating, Reagan plans to attend the Moody College of Communication at the University of Texas at Austin or the McCombs School of Business.
